We want you to feel confident investing in GrowNScale. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Setup fees are non-refundable. Work begins within 24 hours of payment. If you change your mind before receiving your onboarding form, contact us immediately and we will assess the situation case by case.
Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time with 15 days written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing month.
Ad spend paid to Facebook, Instagram, or Google is entirely your responsibility and is separate from our fees. GrowNScale does not handle or refund ad spend. All ad budget goes directly to the respective platforms under your own accounts.
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis if we fail to deliver the agreed services through our own fault. To raise a dispute, contact us at info@grownscale.in within 7 days of the issue.
